About Us

Sarti Skincare was founded by licensed esthetician and certified acne specialist, Sophia Sarti. Growing up and as a young adult, Sophia struggled with acne and the negative effects it can have on your confidence. After clearing her own skin and years of treating acne clients with dehydrated and sensitized skin, Sophia saw a clear need: most products marketed for acne were too harsh—over-exfoliating, drying, irritating, and damaging to the skin barrier.

Sarti Skincare was created to change that. Our formulas focus on barrier repair and deep hydration, without any pore-clogging ingredients. The result? Products that allow acne-prone people to address any and every skin concern they may have without triggering breakouts—all while supporting healthy and hydrated skin.

Every ingredient in our products is ethically sourced and free from parabens, sulfates, phthalates, and are cruelty-free. We believe that healthy skin is beautiful skin—and we’re here to help you achieve it.

Is Sarti Skincare only for acne-prone skin?

No, Sarti Skincare provides incredible results in anti-aging, preventative aging, brightening hyperpigmentation, and soothing dry, irritated skin. No pore-cloggers are just the cherry on top!

What are the benefits of cream cleanser vs gel?

Our cream cleanser removes makeup, dirt, oil, and impurities without stripping the skin and damaging our natural protective skin barrier. The formula is hydrating with a non-greasy, lightweight feel.

Which moisturizer is for me?

Peptide Power Lotion is recommended for inflamed acne, oily skin, rosacea, hyperpigmentation, and aging skin. Cell Revival is recommended for sensitive, dry skin types, skin that has a damaged barrier, non-inflamed acne, rosacea, eczema, or psoriasis. During the warmer months in Michigan, we recommend using either Peptide Power or Cell Revival in the cold and dry winter months, most of our clients layer both Peptide Power and Cell Revival morning and night.

What is your return policy?

Any online orders are final sale due to the nature of our products. If the wrong item was purchased, we may allow for an in-person exchange of unopened and unused products at our discretion.

If your items arrive broken or damaged please contact us immediately and we will work with you to get your products replaced.

What if I have a reaction?

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that our products will work for every individual's unique skin, and therefore, we cannot accept returns due to individual reactions. We recommend booking a virtual appointment with our licensed esthetician prior to purchasing Sarti Skincare exfoliating products or Acne Gels to try to reduce the likelihood of any allergic reactions.
